Shipping

We offer the following shipping methods to most international locations:

  • LTL (Less Than Truckload): orders over 20 cases
  • Parcel: orders under 20 cases
  • Truck load: orders with 6 or more pallets
  • Third-party shipping is also accepted

International Enviroguard accepts the majority of carriers, however, you can also provide your own:

  • Parcel Shipments
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • LTL Shipments

We use a variety of carriers, including:

  • FedEx Freight
  • Old Dominion
  • Southeastern
  • Daylight
  • TForce Freight (UPS Freight)

We ship to the United States, most destinations internationally to a forwarder of your choice, and internationally via a third-party such as UPS or FedEx.

Updating Your Order

Yes. You may cancel or edit your order until it has been picked (sorted) for shipping.

Yes. You may change your shipping address prior to an order being placed. If an order has already been placed and sorted, you cannot change the shipping address.

Becoming an authorized distributor requires an initial evaluation. Following the evaluation, you complete a distribution agreement and a credit application. Please contact us at 1-800-345-5972 if you are interested in becoming a distributor.

Order Issues

Yes. To receive a COA, please follow this link. This option is available 24/7. Please enter the product’s lot number and product number to obtain a COA.

For order tracking information or order status, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call 1-800-345-5972.

If you are missing items from your order, please contact customer support with your order number and the product numbers of the missing items. A signed packing slip noting that the order is short is required. After validation of the missing items, International Enviroguard checks its inventory for the availability of the missing items.

Notwithstanding the above, issues regarding missing items are governed by the terms of your Distribution Agreement with us, to the extent applicable.

If your order was incorrect, please contact customer support and provide your order number, as well as what you ordered versus what was received. International Enviroguard will validate the order details and determine if a reshipment of items is applicable.

Notwithstanding the above, issues regarding wrong orders are governed by the terms of your Distribution Agreement with us, to the extent applicable.

If your items arrive damaged, please send customer support your order number and photos for documentation of the damage.1 If a company of your choosing is responsible for the shipping and there is damage, you must file the claim.

Please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will investigate the situation and provide replacements if applicable. For LTL shipments, OMEGA sends tracking information. You can also contact your carrier. For parcel shipments, tracking information is not provided and you will need to contact your carrier.

We are not able to offer returns on all orders and do so on a discretionary, case-by-case basis. We are only able to consider returns of goods that are unopened and in a re-sellable condition. All return requests must be made within a 90-day period following our shipment of the goods.

If items are damaged, we do not accept them. We will evaluate the party responsible for the damage and determine reimbursement.

Payment Information

Yes. We accept all major credit cards and wire payments.

No. We do not accept cashier’s checks or money orders.

International Enviroguard accepts credit card and wire payments

For customers with acceptable credit history, we may extend terms with International Enviroguard to pay by check.

No. Only one form of payment is accepted per order.

Return Policy & FAQs

International Enviroguard does not currently accept returns from outside the US.

We are not able to offer returns on all orders and do so on a discretionary, case-by-case basis. We are only able to consider returns of goods that are unopened and in a re-sellable condition. All return requests must be made within a 90-day period following our shipment of the goods.

If items are damaged, we do not accept them. We will evaluate the party responsible for the damage and determine reimbursement.

When the goods are returned and their condition is evaluated for re-sellable condition, credit is issued within 2 business days. The timing is largely dependent on how long it takes the items to reach our headquarters.

These garments are suitable for use in ISO classes 1-8. Both garment lines are sterilized to the Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6.

If items are stored in a dry, climate-controlled, and otherwise suitable environment, the typical shelf life is 8 years for the GammaGuard product line and 10 years for all other protective clothing items.

Our garments are designed with ANSI sizing. When you purchase ANSI/ISEA sized clothing for your workforce, you can be certain that each garment is sized according to a national standard. Standardization makes ordering and provisioning easier, taking the pressure off management to adapt to an uncertain sizing system.
